Providing easy access to the North and South Cornish Coastline, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, Saint Leonards Cottages offers a unique Cornish perspective. The four stone cottages are set on the edge of a fabulous equestrian facility and allow tranquil walks through Cornish meadows next to the idyllic River Kensey. Whatever the season and whatever your break, these Cornish cottages have been comfortably furnished throughout, with pine furniture, woodburners, good sized bedrooms and kitchen facilities.

Saint Leonards Cottages comprises of four self contained properties, Ross, Judd, Cider House and Demelza. Each property is immaculately maintained can sleep up to four people and generally has two bedrooms, a bathroom a kitchen and a lounge / dining room. Dogs are welcome in all the properties and there is plenty of parking together with access to travel cots, highchairs and even babysitting where required. All the properties have access to a coin operated laundry room, shared payphone and the external pool set in a tropical garden, jacuzzi and BBQ area.

Laid out at a ground floor level, Ross has a Galley kitchen with integral oven, ceramic hob and microwave, Lounge/Dining Room, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Double and 1 Twin with full size beds. Judd

There are 2 Bedrooms, 1 Double and 1 Bedroom with twin beds. The Bathroom has a toilet, a bath and shower over the bath. Their is a woodburner and for entertainment there is WiFi, a HD LCD TV, a Playstation 2 with and extensive DVD and games library and a Stereo / CD player. Cider House
Accessing the property via some stone steps, the property is laid out at a first floor level.
