Inter-schools Dressage at St Leonards
In half term an inter – schools dressage competition was held in glorious sunshine involving many schools in Cornwall and even two competitiors from Wycombe Abbey in Buckinghamshire! St Josephs riders did incredibly well with Persephone Sparrow and Emily Creighton taking first and second place in Class 1 and Olivia Thornton winning the other two classes on her own pony Jack.
The competition was open to all all abilities, with some of the riders using the Centres ponies and horses. It was great to see all the riders supporting each other and the judge, Julie Green was very impressed by the standard of riding, which was reflected in the high scores.
