All orders to the value of £50.00 and above will be delivered FREE of charge. |

All orders up to the value of £49.99 will incur a small delivery charge of £2.95 |

All orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post or Royal Mail Standard Parcel Delivery. |

Our aim is for all orders to be processed and on their way to you within 48 hours from receipt of order. This is of course subject to stock availability. We will contact you if for any reason there is a delay in processing your order. |

If you require a Next Day Delivery Service please contact us for details. For this service there will be additional costs and we do need to receive your order by 1.00 pm Mon-Fri to dispatch the same day. |
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with the service and products you receive from us. If for any reason you are not – please return the item/s to us along with the returns slip.
All we ask is that you return any unwanted items to us within 21 days of the invoice date. If you wish to exchange an item your order will be sent without incurring any further delivery charges.
Items returned for refund will be refunded less any delivery charges.
We will not offer an exchange or refund on any items that have been worn, unless faulty. Please ensure any tags remain attached to the product.
