The four stone holiday cottages are set on the edge of a fabulous equestrian facility and allow tranquil walks through Cornish meadows next to the idyllic River Kensey. Whatever the season and whatever your break, these Cornish holiday cottages have been comfortably furnished throughout, with pine furniture, woodburners, good sized bedrooms and kitchen facilities.

Saint Leonards Holiday Cottages comprises four self-contained properties: Ross, Judd, Cider House and Demelza. Each is immaculately maintained, sleeps up to four people and generally has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a lounge / dining room.

Laid out at ground floor level, Ross has a galley kitchen with integral oven, ceramic hob and microwave, a lounge / dining room and 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin with full-size beds. The bathroom has a toilet, bath and shower over the bath.
There is a woodburner, and for entertainment there is WiFi, a HD LCD TV, a PlayStation 2 with an extensive DVD and games library, and a stereo / CD player.
Ground floor · sleeps 4
Judd
Laid out at ground floor level, Judd has a compact kitchen with integral oven, ceramic hob and microwave and an open plan lounge / dining area. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 with twin beds. The bathroom has a toilet, a bath and shower over the bath.
There is a woodburner, and for entertainment there is WiFi, a HD LCD TV, a PlayStation 2 with an extensive DVD and games library, and a stereo / CD player.
First floor · sleeps 4
Cider House
Laid out at first floor level, Cider House has a hall, an open plan lounge / dining area and a separate kitchen with integral oven, ceramic hob and microwave. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 with full-size bunk beds. The bathroom has a toilet, a whirlpool bath and shower over the bath.
